Important Information (Terms and conditions)

 ·        5 % GST is included in our quotation for all international and domestic booking.

·        PAN CARD & PASSPORT COPIES are mandatory to process the booking. Please send us same at the time of booking.

·        Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to the hotel policy and decision.

·        We strongly advise you to please reconfirm flight, tours and transfers timing prior to the service. Also, we will inform to timely if any update comes from the supplier or service providers’ side.

·        There are some local fee or city tax/charges imposed by local govt. which needs to be paid locally. 

·        There will be no compensation for any kind of travel arrangements (Flight/Hotel/Tours or Transfers) amended or cancelled by the service provider or beyond anyone’s control which may affect other booked travel arrangements or services for you.  However, we will make all the best possible ways with our suppliers not to impact your holiday.

·        In case of a covid situation where an airline or hotel or tour & transfers supplier is/are unable to provide you service then your refund will be processed as per their standard supplier terms and conditions.  We will not be liable for any compensation if any of the suppliers refuse or partially refund the booked services.

·        In any of the travellers diagnose covid positive before the scheduled travel date then the rest of the passengers may not be eligible for the refund benefit. (Subject to the suppliers' approval)

·        If any country imposes any covid related conditions which directly or indirectly impact your booked services then it will not be our (BIRDWINGS HOLIDAYS) responsibility.  However, we will do our best not to impact your booking as much as possible.

·        In case of visa refusal or any delay, your refund will be calculated as per the booking cancellation conditions only.

·        No-show (arriving late at the airport) for any reason will be considered a cancellation of your package.

·        In case of visa refusal or delay in visa from the embassy, your booking will be processed as per the standard cancellation policy.

·        5 % TCS tax will be levied on all international packages which is the client’s solely responsible to pay the applicable tax amount.

·        It may be possible that some services in hotels, flights or other places are restricted or may not be available in view of Covid-19 precautionary measures.

·        Standard check-in time is 2 pm. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at major hotels at the time of check-in.

·        An admin fee of 2500/- per person applicable on all type of refunds cases

·        Please adhere Tour/Transfers/Flight timings as mentioned on travel documents .

·        In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

·        Any amendment in your booked services may cost to pay the difference of amount or the whole new price again. (Subject to the supplier conditions).

  • Guest(s) are requested to carry 2 recent white background photos for all on arrival visa countries.

  • Guest(s) are requested to pay directly for the service which can’t be booked prior or in advance.

·        Please ensure to carry valid travel documents while travelling abroad. Plus, you will be asked to present a vaccine certificate at the time check-in of flight, hotel and other palaces. If you failed to produce then it will be considered as no-show and no refund applicable. Our company will not provide any compensation if you do not comply with visa policy and covid-19 advisory.

·        Some sports activities are life-threatening, in the event of any misfortune, the company (BIRDWINGS HOLIDAYS) is not responsible for any form of loss or compensation. We strongly advise you to have travel insurance when travelling abroad.

·        Please ensure to strictly adhere pickup timings as per tour/transfers vouchers. Tour operator may deny if guest(s) don’t follow advised timings and guest(s) can’t claim a refund in this case.   

·        For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process the refund & same should reach the guest within 30-45 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to the company (BIRDWINGS HOLIDAYS) & guest, no refund will be processed.

·        If any tour/transfers is/are disturbed or inability during your trip then we will try our best to re-arrange as per the availability. You might have to pay an amendment fee along with the price difference.

·        The package price doesn’t include any special dinners, Galas or mandatory charges levied by the hotels, especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Those would be applicable as per the policy.

·        All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

 Exclusions

·        5 % TCS not included in your package.

·        Package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.

·        VISA and Insurance cost is not included in the package cost unless mentioned.

·        Please reconfirm flight times before departure.

·        Deposit payments are non-refundable.

·        We strongly advise you to ensure to carry valid travel documents. We will not be responsible in case of denial of boarding in the absence of them.

·        Please follow the COVID-19 travel advisory available on the airline's website and make your travel arrangements accordingly.
